Medical Coverage: Arbon employees can elect coverage under a company-sponsored comprehensive health insurance program. Employees are eligible for the program upon completion of 30 days of service.
Prescription Drug Plan: Prescription drug coverage is included with medical coverage, with low per-prescription deductibles, and substantial discounts for generic equivalents.
Dental and Vision Coverage: Dental and vision coverage is free with medical coverage or can be purchased separately. Dental coverage is a co-payment program with low annual deductibles. Vision coverage is a fixed schedule of benefits program.
Paid Medical Leave/Short-Term Disability: Arbon has a unique medical leave program which provides 100% income replacement for up to 6 months during qualified medical leaves of absence. This coverage is at no cost to the employee, and begins after 30 days of employment.
Long-Term Disability Coverage: This coverage is also provided at no cost to the employee, and begins after 30 days of employment. The policy provides income replacement up to 60% for up to 2 years.
Life Insurance / Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage: Arbon provides a group life and AD&D policy to all employees at no cost. Policies for dependents may be purchased separately at group rates. Coverage begins after 30 days of employment.
Tuition Reimbursement: Tuition reimbursement is available after one year of service. Reimbursement for approved courses is on a sliding scale based on grades, with 100% reimbursement for an "A". Arbon encourages its employees to increase their skills through continuing education.
Retirement Savings Plan (RSP): 401(k) is only one part of our RSP! The RSP starts with a generous company contribution, adds a profit sharing component, and finishes with an employee 401 (k) contribution matched 50% by the Company. Employees are eligible to enroll in the RSP on the first enrollment date (January 1 or July 1 each year) following 1 year of service.
Paid Holidays and Vacation: Eight paid holidays per year, plus 2 weeks of vacation per year after one year to start.
